June is Mens Health Month! – Cronometer Blog

Cronometer is one of the apps I rely on to thoroughly monitor my dietary intake. True wealth lies in great health, and this feature-rich app significantly helps you stay on track with your health goals.

Personally, I love how the app highlights the two most important things to watch for: sodium and sugar. It has taught me what to eat to manage these, along with ensuring I get the right amounts of protein, vitamins, and minerals in my diet. Many men don’t get enough fiber, and this app helps me work on that too. I’ve never felt better, and I highly recommend this app to anyone struggling with their health or simply looking for more energy.

It’s no surprise that males and females are quite different in many ways but they both require a unique set of macro and micronutrient targets in order to be their healthiest selves.
