More rescued footage from the archives. This tape was shot at street level on the morning of September 11th by a videographer named Peskin, collected by NIST during the World Trade Center investigation, and later released to the public under FOIA. It captures the fireball as the second plane hit, the remnant of the North Tower’s core standing in the dust, and Building 7 burning later in the day. Raw, unedited history.
