It’s Tech Tuesday – It’s a new year and my New Year’s Resolution is to get even more stuff done than I did last year. How? By having a to do list with me at all times.
Even though I just recently did a posting on todo.ly, the “to do list app” that I have used as my home page, I decided to locate an app that could also sync with my iPhone. That app is called wunderlist. Here is a demo video done by LifeHacker.com…
So here’s how I use this little app – I have wunderlist setup to open automatically when I startup my mac. This is not a Mac program though. You can use it on windows too. Now the first thing I do every morning is review my tasks that need to be done.
Is part of your New Years Resolution to get organized? Use this little app along with the GTD (Get Things Done) method to organize your tasks and accomplish amazing things. I put everything I need to do in this little app and review it daily. It also automatically syncs with your iphone so my tasks and lists are with me at all times.
Wunderlist has also “Temporarily” replaced my Grocery IQ app since I now have a separate list for groceries on Wunderlist. I’m not sure how long this will last since Grocery IQ is an incredibly powerful app, but that’s another story altogether.
And that’s this week’s tech tip. I will post some quick tips each week that may (or may not) help you get more productive, stay secure or just solve some small nagging problem in your daily computing activities so check back here every tuesday or subscribe to the blog to have your weekly tips delivered straight to your inbox.
