Perfect weather and overall perfect day to take in a Met game. This was my first trip to Citifield and I spent at least half of the time walking, taking pictures and video.
One thing I learned quick was if you needed someone to take a picture of you and everyone in your group, look around for the ushers wearing green shirts. They have a system in place where they will take your picture, give you a claim ticket and you can go online to claim your picture. It’s a free service. No need to ask a complete stranger to take your picture. :)
As for the food, I did not use the Shake Shack which I hear is great. I opted for a sweet sausage ($7.25) and a bottled water ($3.75) from one of the many sausage kiosks for a grand total of $11.00. Bring plenty of money if you want to eat!
